how impact crusher works
during operation, the electric motor of the impact crusher will drive the rotor to rotate at a high speed. under the action of the hammer that is mounted on the rotor, the materials will be thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. then the materials will be rebounded from the impact lining plate to the position where the hammer has an effect, so the crushing process can be completed. the materials of large size or small size will be crushed repeatedly in the crushing chamber. the impact crusher will not stop operating until all the materials are crushed to the suitable particle size and then discharged from the discharge port.
