Conveying, loading and unloading

SBM conveyor belts are particularly economic pieces of equipment when it comes to moving materials, dosing and loading and unloading of bulk materials. Mobile low power requirement sand and gravel-washing equipment

The Precisionscreen range of mobile low power requirement sand and gravel-washing equipment includes the very efficient SRD180 and the SRD240 Bucket Wheel De-Waterers. These efficient units can be powered directly from the hydraulic power pack fitted to the screening plant they are working alongside or alternatively a diesel/hydraulic or electric/hydraulic power pack.

The Precisionscreen range of Bucket Wheel De-Waterers have been designed with good production in mind and flexibility as no two deposits of sand are identical.

The SRD180 is capable of manufacturing coarse and fine grade sand simultaneously. It is also possible to manufacture a super fine product if desired. The unique submerged back screw available on the SRD180 greatly assists in floating off organic silts etc. and allows for enormous effluent water overflow area and ensures excellent de-watering capacity. The unique polyurethane bucket inserts assist in the low maintenance and efficient de-watering.

We can configure this plant to suit every individual need. Some parts like Screenbox, cyclone may not be needed in some circumstance making the machine more cost effective.

Barrel Washer

The Precisionscreen Barrel Washer 1705 is designed for washing and scrubbing gravel and pebble products. A variety of internal lifters and final screens are available to suit the operator’s requirements. Optional rubber lining is also available. Powered directly from the hydraulic power pack fitted to the screening plant it is working alongside or alternatively from the diesel/hydraulic or electric/hydraulic power pack.
