humidity does not influence crushing work too much by itself. however, when there is mud or too much powder in the material, fine material will clot together or stick on the thick materials because of increase of humidity which will increase viscosity, decrease discharging speed, reduce productivity and block discharging mouth when the situation is serious and finally influence normal operation.
3. density of the ore
productivity of crusher is in proportion to density of the ore. toward the same crusher, its productivity is high when crushing ores with large density and vice verse.
4 . cleavage of the ore
the development degree of cleavage of the ore directly influences productivity of crusher. the ore is easy to crush through cleavage face. thus, compared to those ores with dense crushing structure, those ores which has strong cleavage face, the productivity of crusher is higher.
granularity constitute of the crushing material
toward those crushing materials which has high volume of thick materials (the size is bigger than that of discharging mouth) and big ratio of the biggest feeding ore and width of feeding ore, it needs to finish large crushing ratio and has low productivity and vice verse.
