Ball Mill Operation Rules You Should Know

• The operators must be qualified with the required technical knowledge, receive technical training and fully understand the operating principle, performance and regulations of the ball mills.
• The operators should follow the operate principle and lubricate the requirement parts marked in lubrication picture. Untreated waste oil may not be used and keep lubrication points clean.
• Pay attention to check the temperature of bearing not to exceed 60° and make sure every bolt not loose, no abnormal sound, uniform mining feed, steady water feed, normal current, voltage of motor.
• To keep surroundings clean where the ball grinding mill runs. Every party should be clean unless the ball grinding mill is running.
